strive to protect your privacy and preserve the trust you place in us. We only
collect and retain as much information as is absolutely necessary for us to
provide you with our service, and whenever possible we disassociate any

share user data with 3rd parties if we are obligated to by law, or to the
extent that it directly contributes to the services we provide (and with the

User Provided Information

- A log of the API requests made using your API Key which may include
location data you provide; and

basis for our information processing. Our legitimate interest is to deliver
the Service to you, which in our determination requires the processing of your

We may provide anonymous data to third party analytics companies to help us
understand how the Service is being used to help us make improvements.
Retention of Information
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services.
Specifically, we retain the following information:
- your account details, billing information, and transaction history are
retained for as long necessary for us to respond to disputed transactions,
comply with requirements of taxing authorities, and other legal obligations,
but in no case longer than ten years;
- logs of your API requests are retained for no more than two weeks.
Notwithstanding, we may retain your information where such retention is
necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or
in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another

information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this
information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that
information in order to operate, develop or improve the Service. Please be
aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security

The hosting facilities for the Service are located in the United States,
please be aware that when you provide information to us, this information is
stored, and processed in the United States by us as data controller and as
data processor. By signing up for and using the Service you agree to this
